2.1 Limited Warranty
Our limited warranty covers only manufacturing defects that affect product performance.
The warranty does not cover: Cosmetic defects, normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, impact damage, dragging, sun exposure, heat, environmental damage, unauthorized modifications, improper transportation or storage, or commercial and rental use.
2.2 Product Handling for Warranty Replacement
Before a replacement is issued, customers may be required to disable the product as instructed (including drilling holes in the hull) and submit photographic proof to: 📧 infor@kmerisnkayak.com. Please follow customer service instructions to complete this process.
2.3 Repair or Replacement
Kmerisn Kayak will determine whether a product will be repaired or replaced. If the original model or parts are no longer available, a product of comparable value or specification may be provided. Cash refunds are not provided under warranty.
2.4 Warranty Claim Review
Once a complete warranty claim is submitted, our customer service team will contact you within 3–5 business days. If a performance-related defect is confirmed to be caused by materials or workmanship, Kmerisn Kayak will arrange repair or replacement. If the customer is within 100 miles of an authorized dealer, the kayak may need to be brought to that location for service. If the original product or parts are unavailable, a comparable replacement will be provided.
