1.1 Pickup & Delivery Options

We offer both Free Warehouse Pickup and Paid Local Delivery.
Free pickup is available from our warehouse locations in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, and Toronto. All orders support pickup by default.
You may select paid delivery at checkout. Delivery fees are calculated based on your postal code and destination.
After your order is placed, the Kmerisn Kayak team will contact you via email within 24 hours to confirm delivery arrangements and finalize shipping details, including your delivery address.

All delivery or shipping arrangements must be confirmed in writing by Kmerisn Kayak. Any assumptions or third-party statements regarding delivery that have not been confirmed by us in writing may not apply.

1.2 Delivery Coverage

We offer paid delivery within select service areas.
Toronto (GTA):
Delivery is available throughout the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions, including Brampton, Mississauga, Bolton, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Richmond Hill, Milton, North York, Markham, Downtown Toronto, Oakville, Aurora, Scarborough, Newmarket, Burlington, Pickering, Hamilton, Ajax, Guelph, Whitby, Cambridge, Oshawa, Uxbridge, Georgina, Kitchener, Barrie, Bowmanville, St. Catharines, Niagara, Peterborough, London, and Belleville.
Vancouver (GVA):
Delivery is available across the Greater Vancouver Area, including Richmond, Delta, Vancouver, New Westminster, West Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Surrey, White Rock, Port Coquitlam, Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack.
Calgary:
Delivery coverage in the Calgary area includes all locations within Stoney Trail, with extended service available for destinations up to 40 km outside Stoney Trail.
Edmonton:
Free pickup is available from our Edmonton warehouse. Delivery availability may vary by location and must be confirmed with our team in advance.

1.3 Delivery & Inspection

To protect your order, please inspect all products carefully at the time of pickup or delivery.
If any damage, shortage, or discrepancy is identified, please ensure you:
  • Note the issue on the carrier’s delivery receipt
  • Take clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Notify Kmerisn Kayak within 48 hours
If no issue is reported within this time frame, the order will be considered received and accepted in good condition.

1.4 Production & Delivery Timeline

Each Kmerisn Kayak is designed at our headquarters in Denver and made to order.
As part of our exclusive service, every kayak includes complimentary hull color customization, allowing you to create a kayak that reflects your personal style.
Production and delivery typically take approximately 20 business days. As kayaks are oversized items, transportation is arranged via ground freight and coordinated based on routing and destination to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Once your kayak is ready, our team will contact you promptly to arrange pickup or confirm delivery details.
