1.1 Shipping Method Notice
All orders are Pick Up by default.
After an order is placed, a Kmerisn Kayak customer service representative will contact you to coordinate pickup arrangements.
If delivery or shipping service is required, please contact us in advance or immediately after placing your order to confirm shipping options and costs:

Shipping arrangements must be confirmed in writing. Any assumptions or third-party statements regarding delivery without written confirmation from Kmerisn Kayak may not apply.
1.2 Delivery & Inspection
To protect your interests, please inspect all products carefully upon pickup or delivery.
If any damage, shortage, or discrepancy is found, please:
Note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt
Take photos
Notify Kmerisn Kayak within 48 hours
If no report is received within this time frame, the product will be considered accepted in good condition.
1.3 Limited Warranty
Our limited warranty covers only manufacturing defects that affect product performance.
The warranty does not cover:
Cosmetic defects, normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, impact damage, dragging, sun exposure, heat, environmental damage, unauthorized modifications, improper transportation or storage, or commercial and rental use.
1.4 Product Handling for Warranty Replacement
Before a replacement is issued, customers may be required to disable the product as instructed (including drilling holes in the hull) and submit photographic proof to:

1.5 Repair or Replacement
Kmerisn Kayak will determine whether a product will be repaired or replaced.
If the original model or parts are no longer available, a product of comparable value or specification may be provided.
Cash refunds are not provided under warranty.
1.6 Safety and Responsibility
Kayaking is an outdoor water activity that involves inherent risks.
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, wearing proper safety equipment such as life jackets, and following operating instructions.
Any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, failure to follow safety guidelines, or violation of laws is the responsibility of the user.
1.7 Warranty Claim Review
Once a complete warranty claim is submitted, our customer service team will contact you within 3–5 business days.
If a performance-related defect is confirmed to be caused by materials or workmanship, Kmerisn Kayak will arrange repair or replacement.
If the customer is within 100 miles of an authorized dealer, the kayak may need to be brought to that location for service.
If the original product or parts are unavailable, a comparable replacement will be provided.
2.1 Final Sale Items
All hard-shell (polyethylene) kayaks and all kayak accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
2.2 7-Day Return Policy
Non-kayak and non-accessory items may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided that:
The item is unused
Packaging is intact
All accessories are included
Return shipping is paid by the customer
Approved returns are subject to:
A 20% restocking fee
Deductions for missing or damaged items
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval.
2.3 Dispute Resolution
If any issues arise, we encourage customers to contact us first so we can assist.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through arbitration in the company’s jurisdiction.
2.4 Final Notes
Kmerisn Kayak reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse orders where necessary.
This policy supersedes all prior statements, promotions, or representations.
